Our Returns Policy
No problem you can return any full priced item’s within 14 days of receipt.
All that we ask is that items are in their original condition with tags intact.
Please allow up to 21 days for the returns department to process your return and update you, you will be notified by email. We allow returns for online store credit or an exchange for an item of the same value only.
Please inform us within 7 days if there is a problem with your order or you feel your item may be faulty.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for sale items as these are classed as final sale items
How do i return an item?
That’s easy! Email the customer care team at email@example.com so they may assist you with this and authorise your return.
Please be careful when trying on your gorgeous garments. We cannot accept returned items that are marked with tans, makeup , creams or any other transfer marks, have odours present or where reasonable care has not been taken whilst in your possession. Any items returned that are not in line with the returns policy may incur a charge to be returned back to you.
All postage costs to you and back to us are the responsibility of the customer.
If there is an issue with your order or your goods, please let one of our customer care team know as soon as possible!
